Hey Trail Blazers! We're stoked to get your gear to you, but like any good adventure, there are some important details to know before we hit the road.
Delivery Areas & Charges • We currently deliver to major urban areas in Western Canada • Additional delivery fees may apply based on your location • Remote or hard-to-reach areas might require special shipping arrangements
Base Shipping • Free shipping on orders over $1000.00 to qualifying urban areas • Standard delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days
Location-Based Surcharges • Urban periphery: Additional $50-100 • Limited access areas: Custom quote required • Please contact us at shipping@intothesticks.ca for specific rates to your location
Delivery Inspection Process
Document any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
Take clear photos of any damage
Contact us within 24 hours at shipping@intothesticks.ca
Include your order number and damage documentation
Important Notes • Delivery appointments will be scheduled in advance • A signature is required upon delivery • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts
What We Can't Do • Deliver to non-urban areas without additional charges • Provide same-day or overnight delivery • Remove old equipment • Carry items up stairs or into buildings
